Rum Appleton 21Y

This premium aged rum is medium to full-bodied with a remarkably smooth, complex, and highly sophisticated texture. On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, featuring deep notes of dark cacao, rich vanilla, and warm nutmeg, beautifully balanced by hints of orange peel, ginger, and robust toasted oak. On the palate, it delivers a dry, layered, and velvety mouthfeel, showing mature flavors of dark chocolate, rich molasses, roasted coffee beans, and baked spices, alongside a subtle leatheriness. It finishes exceptionally long, warm, and dry, leaving behind lingering echoes of dried fruit, espresso, and refined wood oak.
