Originally released in 2016 as a limited edition, this cigar quickly gained popularity among aficionados and has since become part of the regular production lineup. Featuring a classic pig-tail cap, it burns slowly and cleanly, consistently releasing oak-scented smoke with prominent aromas of almond and chocolate cake. Topes opens with delicious notes of chocolate and nuts, complemented by a medley of fruit and a hint of smoky spice. In the final third, the flavor develops into a medium-full body, offering additional layers of coffee bean, oak, and a distinctive savory touch. Toward the end, subtle citrus and a dash of pepper carry through to the finish. This is an excellent pre-dinner cigar, with its savory notes pairing beautifully with Scotch whisky.
