The 2018 vintage—a warm, exceptional year in the region—delivers a core of ripe red cherries, wild forest strawberries, and dark plums, seamlessly layered with notes of crushed slate, graphite, damp earth, subtle herbal spices, and refined French oak vanilla. On the palate, it exhibits fantastic depth and tension, supported by ultra-fine, chalky tannins and a vibrant, cool-climate slate acidity that gives the wine impressive drive.
