This wine is light to medium-bodied with an exceptionally pure, ethereal, and silky texture. The 2024 vintage highlights the vineyard's signature style: a bright, transparent core of wild strawberries, tart pomegranate, and red currants, beautifully balanced by complex savory notes of damp forest floor, dried rose petals, black tea, and a subtle stony minerality. Because it is partially fermented using whole grape clusters, it possesses a lifted, herbaceous, and spicy complexity. The tannins are fine-grained and chalky, lending a gentle, seamless grip, while a vibrant, energetic vein of natural acidity makes the palate feel wonderfully fresh. It finishes dry, long, and elegant, leaving behind a lingering note of dusty red fruit and earthy spice.
